While wildfires in Uiseong, North Gyeongsang Province, have spread to four cities and counties in the northeastern region, including Andong, firefighters have been shown struggling to extinguish them.

In the video, urgent cries of "Uh! Careful! Wind behind you!" can be heard as the crew is busy collecting equipment under the red sky. After a brief cry of "Here it comes! Here it comes!" came a gale of black smoke and debris. The crew leaned low or curled up and waited for the wind to pass. Since it was a wind blowing in the flames, it is presumed to have been a high-temperature craze.

Meanwhile, at least 20 people died from forest fires in Yeongnam, which began on the 21st, as of 9 a.m. on the 26th. The confirmed deaths were 2 in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, 3 in Cheongsong, 5 in Yeongyang, 6 in Yeongdeok, and 4 in Sancheong, Gyeongsangnam-do. One missing person was also identified. Ten people were injured, of which two were seriously injured and eight were slightly injured.
