Actor Kang Mal-geum expressed her feelings about appearing on "I was completely fooled," which has recently become a hot topic.
The movie "Lobby," which will be released on April 2, tells the story of Chang-wook, the CEO of a start-up company who only knew about research, starting his first lobbying golf to win a national project worth 4 trillion won. Actor Jungwoo Ha directed and starred once again following "Roller Coaster" and "Heosamgwan." Kang Mal-geum played a corrupt minister who is the decision maker of national projects in the play.
Kang Mal-geum made a special appearance as Geum-ja, the owner of the inn Nampo-dong, which puts Ae-soon (IU) and Gwan-sik (Park Bo-gum), who ran away to Busan, in the recently released Netflix series "I was completely deceived."
In response, Kang Mal-geum said, "The noodles stand. There are a lot of great actors in "Robbie" and I wanted to help with this work, but many of them enjoyed watching "I was completely fooled" and it was my personal side. My acquaintances also contacted me," he said.
"I didn't care about the amount of content. The role was good. It was a well-written and highly complete role. My mom and sister watched it together and they liked it so much. "I was completely deceived" is such a work.
Regarding the character in the play, Kang Mal-geum said, "Isn't the writing so good. Maybe someone of that age has a lot to sympathize with. In my childhood, there were such aunts in the neighborhood where I couldn't live. There were people who used evil ghouls and thought they wouldn't know when they would get angry even if they laughed. I thought it would be fun to act because they are old ladies I know exactly," he explained.
Regarding IU Park Bo-gum, who collaborated on "I was completely deceived," Kang Mal-geum said, "How happy would it be just to have IU Park Bo-gum sitting next to you?"
He also said, "What I can't forget while filming is that I couldn't sleep a wink ahead of the scene where I argued with Oh Min-ae. I kept waking up. That's when the movie 'Robbery' just started. So I watched it again. Watching Jeon Do-yeon in the movie, I feel that I always do my best even though I have a lot of experience. He's like my teacher. He doesn't know me, but he wanted to do his best like Jeon Do-yeon. I didn't get a wink of sleep, but I thought let's keep our heads straight."
Regarding playing villains in "I was completely deceived" and "Lobby," he said, "I mainly played the role of a villain, but I ended up playing the role of a villain. It's not evil because you're trying to achieve something evil, but the good guys take care of all the people's positions and the bad guys don't care about them. I didn't think about what to do with Ae-soon and Gwan-sik, but I only did what I wanted to do. I think it's the villain who only thinks about my position. It's kind of comfortable to be a villain. There is nothing to worry about," he said playfully
Finally, the movie "Chansil has a lot of corridors" opened the door to Kang Mal-geum. Then I got tired and took a break after "Bad Mom". I'm about to start over with enough rest and love and energy.
