Civil Day was established to commemorate the 600th anniversary of the completion of Hanyang City Wall (March 30, 1398) and is an event held on March 30 every year to commemorate the role and achievements of civil engineers and to inspire the pride of engineers.
The Dongtap Industrial Medal will be received by Hong Mun-ki, CEO of Dongbu Entech. The industrial packaging will be won by Yoo Dong-ho, CEO of Envico Consultants, and Kim Chang-yong, a senior researcher at the Korea Institute of Construction Technology, and Ji Kwang-hyup, a professor at Korea University.
