We will not stand by the spread of unfounded rumors and indiscriminate speculation about artists, he said. "We will already secure related data through legal representatives, and we will respond strongly under the principle of zero tolerance."
Meanwhile, Ansom joined DIA as a member in 2017 but switched to BJ after leaving the team.

We would like to inform you of our official position regarding malicious comments, dissemination of false information, personal attacks, and defamation against our artist An Somi.
Unfounded false information dissemination and malicious comments directed at Ansom artists are constantly being identified online and on social media. We have carefully reviewed the circumstances of this and have decided to take legal action to protect the rights and interests of the artists.
In addition, on March 2, 2024, the claim that An Somi and Kim Kwang-soo, CEO of Pocketdol Studio, dated in the video <[Shock Only] Girl group 'Dia' members on the YouTube channel of the Horizontal Institute is clearly false and will take legal action against it.
In the future, we will take tough legal action without any preference for all malicious acts, and we will continue to take further legal action through continuous monitoring. Participation in the creation, dissemination, and proliferation of malicious posts directed at artists is a clear criminal act, and we will continue to collect evidence in this regard and take strong action, including criminal complaints and civil damages.
