Actor Kim Boo-sun expressed her dissatisfaction with the acquittal of Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, in an appeals court under the Public Official Election Act.

What is really serious is the large amount of events such as "Daejang-dong Development Preferences," "Transfer to North Korea," and "Seongnam FC Donations," he stressed.

Kim Boo-sun said, "I wanted Lee Jae-myung to be deprived of his right to run for election more than anyone else and end up as a politician," adding, "That's the revenge I suffered from him and the 'daughters of reform'."

He then said, "He tried to kill me and accused me to arrest him. It was really hard because of that, but I thought the world was punishing me even if I didn't punish him," he said.

Kim Boo-sun also said, "I was acquitted in the perjury teacher trial," adding, "I'll have to go to the Supreme Court to find out, but it's really a big deal if President Yoon Suk Yeol is fired and an early presidential election is held. If that happens, I will apply for asylum," he said.

Representative Lee, who was indicted on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act (the crime of publicizing false information), was all acquitted at the appeal trial.

The Seoul High Court's Criminal Department 6-2 (Chief Judge Choi Eun-jung and Lee Ye-seul Jung Jae-oh) held a sentencing hearing on CEO Lee and ruled in violation of the original trial, which sentenced him to one year in prison and two years of probation with some convictions.
